24/7 Locker Service Guide
24/7 Lockers
Drop-off procedure:
- Place your garments in any unlocked locker and take note of locker number (i.e. S1)
- Enter 4 digit PIN of your choice and twist lock clockwise to lock it
- Send an SMS to 0480 088 212 with the locker number you have used for your garments (i.e. S1)
- You will receive a confirmation SMS from 'my dry cleaner' to acknowledge your order has been received
- New customers will receive an SMS message asking them to add their details via a link in the SMS
NOTE: Please contact the store during business hours if you want to collect your order from a 24/7 Dry Cleaning Locker. Orders will not be automatically returned to lockers for you to collect. Please talk to our staff to arrange this.
Pick-up procedure:
- Call the store during business hours 9744 3245 to advise us that you wish to collect your garments from a locker
- Pre-payment is required via our web app mydrycleaning.com.au
- Once your garments have been located into a locker and your payment has been received you will receive an SMS with the locker number your order is located in and the one-time PIN to open that locker
- To open the locker, enter your PIN and twist the lock anti-clockwise
- If you cannot open the locker, please SMS "Access S" to 0480 088 212
- Once you have removed your order, simply close the locker and leave it unlocked ready for the next customer
NOTE: All uncollected orders left in lockers overnight will be returned to the store on the following business day
